Notice of Annual General meeting

The Central District Alliance Ltd (CDA) invites its members and stakeholders to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 6th September 2023.

CDA, previously Beelondon Ltd, is the Business Improvement District representing businesses in Holborn, Bloomsbury and St Giles in London Borough of Camden and Farringdon and Clerkenwell in London Borough of Islington.

Copies of accounts, annual report and articles of association can be obtained ahead of the meeting by contacting info@centraldistrictalliance.com

The Board will also provide an overview of activity from the past year and plans for the year ahead. The AGM is your opportunity to hear from the BID and there will also be a Q&A session.

Further details will be sent to attendees 24 hours before the AGM to their registered email address.

Registration for the AGM will close at 5pm on Friday 1st September 2023. If you are interested in attending in person we have a one-person per business limit.
